Sell courses with Stripe
Put a price on a course and students pay on Stripe’s own checkout page. Card details never reach your site. Enrolment happens by itself when the payment clears, and a refund or lost dispute in Stripe ends the access it gave.
Bundles
Sell several courses as one product, at one price.
Access for a set time
Sell 30, 90 or 365 days of access, or no end date. Renewing adds days to what is left, and a refund takes back only the access that payment gave.
Coupons
A percentage or an amount off, for some products or all, with a use limit, dates, and once per student if you like. The limit holds even when several students check out at once, and 100% off enrols without a payment.
Groups and classes
Put a class into a group: its students get all its courses, until an end date if you set one (the end of term). Taking a student out ends the access the group gave; progress and anything they bought themselves stay.
Group leaders
Teachers and team leaders sign in as themselves, see their students’ progress at the foot of their dashboard, download it as a CSV, and add or remove students. Someone new is invited by email to set a password. Leaders only ever see their own groups.
Instructors
A role for people who write courses. They build their own courses, lessons and quizzes, submit them for review, and you publish. They see only their own work and uploads, and a My students screen shows who is in their courses and how far each has got.
Certificate designer
Your logo, a signature with the signer’s name and title, your colours, and a Classic, Modern or Minimal layout on A4 or US Letter. Choose a default, change it per course, preview before saving. Certificates print on one page, and can hide a student’s name from anyone but the student, their group leaders and you.

Priority email support and the help centre, for as long as your licence is current.

Where the others do better: Tutor LMS offers more payment gateways than Stripe; LearnDash, LifterLMS and Tutor offer memberships and subscriptions; LearnDash Elite sells seats to groups; the larger plugins have more quiz types, integrations and years of use. AccessNow LMS Pro has none of these yet.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if my licence expires?
Everything you have already built keeps working: your courses, students, progress, groups and leaders, instructors, certificates and the access students have paid for. What stops is creating new things: new Buy checkouts, products, coupons, groups and certificate designs. Updates and priority support stop too. Renew and it all comes back.
Can’t I do some of this with the free plugin?
Yes. The free plugin runs complete courses with quizzes, progress, points and certificates, and you can enrol students yourself. Pro is for selling courses, running classes with leaders, having instructors write courses, and designing certificates.
Does Pro replace the free plugin?
No. Pro is an add-on: AccessNow LMS stays installed and holds your courses, students and settings. Switching Pro off never removes them.
Do I need WooCommerce?
No. Pro takes payments through Stripe’s own checkout page. You enter your Stripe keys under AccessNow LMS > Pro, and card details never reach your site.
Does a copy on my own computer use a licence?
No. Freemius doesn’t count local addresses (localhost, .test, .local, .dev) or staging addresses such as staging.yoursite.com, so a copy for testing never uses one of the sites you paid for.
Where does my data go?
Your courses and students stay on your site. Pro sends Freemius your licence key, site address and version numbers for licensing and updates. When a student presses Buy, Stripe is sent their email address, what they are buying and the price. Nothing is sent to Stripe until you enter your Stripe keys.
What does the launch price mean?
Until 30 April 2027 every plan is half price, and the price you pay stays the same every year you renew. After the launch the list price applies to new customers.
What do I get with a lifetime licence?
Pro on the number of sites you choose, paid once, with updates and support for as long as AccessNow LMS Pro is sold. Only 100 are sold, across all three sizes, and only during the launch.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Every plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Which currency are the prices in?
US dollars, billed once a year. Your own courses can be priced in the currency you choose under AccessNow LMS > Pro.
