Export what you have, let your assistant improve it, and import the result: the changes go onto the posts you already have, not onto duplicates. Pictures you didn’t change are recognised and reused.
Preview, approve, undo
Updates can wait as a staged copy you look at first. Approve it and it replaces the original; undo it and the original comes back. A post edited since the export is left alone unless you say otherwise.
Thrive Architect to blocks
Convert Thrive pages and landing pages to core WordPress blocks, on a review copy. Approve it and the page switches to blocks; undo and Thrive takes it back. What can’t convert is marked in the copy and listed, never dropped quietly.
Elementor to blocks
The same for Elementor pages, containers and templates: a review copy in core blocks, with notes for anything that needs your eye, and the builder’s own data left untouched.
Export in bulk
Export a whole content type, or select items in the list and export them in one action, for your assistant to review or improve.
WP-CLI

How Pro compares
Most AI writing plugins put the AI inside WordPress, so you need an account or an API key, and your content goes to the AI provider. Instant Import does it the other way round: your assistant writes a content pack away from your site, and the plugin brings it in as drafts. Pro adds the part the others leave out: changes to existing posts and pages that you preview, approve and can undo, and Thrive Architect and Elementor pages converted to core blocks on a review copy. Frequently asked questions
How long does the launch price last?
Buy before 30 April 2027 and you pay 50% less every year, for as long as you keep renewing. If you let a licence lapse and buy again later, it is at the price of the day.
What do I get with a lifetime licence?
Pro on the number of sites you choose, paid once, with updates and support for as long as Instant Import Pro is sold. There are only 100, across all three sizes.
What happens if I stop renewing?
Everything keeps working: updating existing items, conversion, bulk export and WP-CLI, and every feature of the free plugin. You stop getting updates and support. Renewing brings them back.
Will it change my live pages without asking?
Not unless you choose that. A staged update or a builder conversion waits as a copy for you to look at; nothing replaces the original until you approve it, and undo puts the original back. Direct updates skip a post that was edited after you exported it, unless you force them.
Does it convert everything on a Thrive or Elementor page?
No, and it says so. Forms, videos, popups and dynamic content that have no plain block equivalent are marked in the copy with a note, so you can see what to rebuild before you approve. The free plugin’s scan shows how much of each page would carry over before you buy.
Does a copy on my own computer or a staging site use a licence?
No. A copy on your own computer never uses one of the sites you paid for: localhost, or an address ending .test, .local or .dev. Neither does a staging copy online, as long as its address is clearly a staging one: staging.yoursite.com, dev.yoursite.com, or your host’s own staging address. A copy at an ordinary address, such as yoursite-new.com, counts as a site. You can move a licence from one site to another from the plugin’s licence page.
Does Pro replace the free plugin?
Yes. Install Pro and it switches the free plugin off for you; your settings carry over, and everything the free plugin does keeps working.
Where does my content go?
The plugin sends nothing anywhere. You choose what to give your AI assistant, and it hands back a content pack that you upload. Activating a licence checks the key with Freemius, our licensing platform, which also delivers updates; your content never goes with it.
Is there a free trial?
No, but the free plugin imports new content and scans your page-builder pages, so you can see it working on your own site first.
Can I get a refund?
