The forms and leads plugin for Sunshine Coast Karate. It replaced Contact Form 7, its two add-ons and Thrive Leads.
What it does
- Stored before it is emailed. A booking or message is saved first, so a mail failure no longer loses a student, and the admin flags any email that didn’t send.
- A trial form that helps. It asks a child’s age, suggests the program, and offers only the classes that suit, each with its next date. It runs as one page or as three short steps for heroes and program pages.
- Unfinished bookings followed up. The first step is saved straight away; if someone stops part-way, the dojo hears after 30 minutes and the person gets one “finish your booking” email.
- Lead boxes (slide-in, pop-up or inline) that stay away once someone has booked.
- Privacy built in. No personal data ever goes into a web address, there is a data export and erase, and old leads are cleared on a schedule. Spam checks are left to Spam Eater.
It is built for Sunshine Coast Karate rather than for release, so there is nothing to download. Moving off a page builder tells the story of the whole rebuild.
